Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Bullyproofing & Self-Defence
Our Kids BJJ program helps children build confidence, discipline, fitness and real self-defence skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, children learn how to handle bullying, improve coordination, develop focus and grow in self-esteem while having fun and staying active.
All coaches are verified through the HURU police clearance certification process.

Women’s Self-Defence
Our Women’s Self-Defence program is based on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and teaches practical skills for real-life situations, focusing on awareness, prevention and effective responses.
Training covers how to recognise danger early, avoid risky situations and respond confidently if a confrontation cannot be avoided. Classes also improve fitness, confidence and overall personal safety.
Program Options
4-Week Intro Course
A beginner-friendly introduction to self-defence and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals. This course builds basic awareness and practical survival skills in a supportive environment.
16-Week Program
A more in-depth progression covering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA-based principles for real-world self-defence development.
